We look forward to having you as a Member. Applying for membership is easy.

In order to qualify as a Member, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age,
• be an active Florida licensed or certified health care professional,
• pass a free background screen, and
• upload a resume and create a Member Profile.

To apply for membership, you will need to:

• provide certain information about yourself,
• agree to STATCheck's terms and conditions,
• receive certain disclosures and sign certain paperwork related to a background check.

It takes most people less than 5 minutes to complete this process. Once you are approved, you will receive an email notifying you that you are now a STATCheck Member.
